I. Process Introduction

Dissolve wet boric acid from industrial boric acid workshop in special solvent under certain conditions, add in aid, achieve boric acid solution through precipitation and filtration, and then achieve high-purity boric acid and mother liquid through cooling, crystallization, dehydrating, washing and drying under certain conditions and in cycle use.

II. Technical Advancement

It is proprietary technology, with yield 97%, product purity in conformity with electronic grade standard, short process flow, free of heavy crystallization, little equipment investment and stable product quality.

III. Market Prospect

The product is mainly applied in electronics, formation foil, electrolytic, capacitance and other industries, which can be also used as chemical reagent for chemical analysis. The present domestic high-purity boric acid output is almost in blank space, market price is relatively high, and the prospect is optimistic.
